Quotes and engagements
- Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work begins only once the scope, price and timeline have been agreed in writing.
- Changes to scope after sign-off are quoted separately before they are built.
- Invoices are payable on the schedule set out in the quote. Milestone deliverables are released on payment of the related invoice.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the code, designs and content created specifically for your project. We keep the right to reuse general tooling, libraries and know-how that are not specific to you, and to reference the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party services
Projects often depend on third-party services such as hosting, app stores, payment providers and AI models. Their fees and terms are yours to accept and pay, and we are not responsible for changes they make.
Support and warranties
We fix defects in delivered work for the period stated in your quote. Beyond that, support is available under a separate maintenance agreement. Except as set out in writing, work is provided without further warranties.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
Engagements with our Nigerian entity are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; engagements with our UK operation by the laws of England and Wales, unless the quote states otherwise.
